RM Group is currently seeking 3 x experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a high-performing maintenance team within a fast-paced food processing facility. This role will see you responsible for carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance to ensure production equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime. These are ongoing night shift opportunities offering 10-12-hour shifts at a flat rate of $74.10 per hour Super, with the opportunity to earn between $741 - $889.20 per shift Super. Skills/Experience and Qualifications Required: Perform maintenance and repairs on production and processing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical faults and minimise downtime Work across conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes and associated equipment Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering Have or willing to obtain Q Fever vaccination Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
